FIFA moves Qatar World Cup 2022 to Winter month

The tournament is suppose to be planned between the 15th November 2022 and the 15th of January 2023.

HERE is the first (in German) and the second source (in English), but I am still curious to see the official FIFA confirmation.

So what would that mean (not only) for the big five leagues, also for the Australian, USA, South American team(s) ???
